Shipping & Handling
Dolls are shipped out within a few days of receiving the order. Packages are always sent with Canada Post or a courier with at least a tracking option. Costs of shipping will vary depending on where you live. Currently I have a flat rate of CAD 20 for US and Canada shipping and CAD 40 for international. These are current estimates and can change anytime. There are also other shipping options available at an increased cost in case you wish to purchase insurance or expedite the parcel. Please inquire about these options at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time
An estimate of delivery time can only be made once the order is handed over to the courier/postal service. I will inform you of the estimate given at that time. The package will be track-able, should any undue delays occur an inquiry can be made. General estimates of delivery times for a typical shipment are: within Canada 6 business days, to the US 8 business days, international 11 business days. These are current estimates and can change anytime. Expedited shipping may be available at an increased cost. Please note, however, that current shipping delays, especially for international shipments, of several weeks are not uncommon!
Customs & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for those fees and taxes or delays due to customs. Please consider inquiring with your local customs office before purchasing a doll.
Loss or Damage of Shipment
I take great care to wrap the dolls carefully for their travels. Should nonetheless a shipment arrive damaged it is unfortunately not within my responsibility after I handed it over to the postal service or carrier. If you are concerned about loss or damage, please consider inquiring about a first class shipping option.
